Free to the people who live hereAgencies, landlords, listers and builders license the software. Everyone they bring along, a tenant checking a bill or someone hunting for a place, never sees an invoice and never becomes the product.
Usually in the first five minutes of a call. Here they are, answered before you have to spend the call on them.
Something we haven't answered? Ask us directly. A straight answer, same working day.
No. Rent moves from your tenant to you through a licensed payment aggregator, and Domexa Technologies never holds it. The same holds across the rest: listing is a published plan you choose.
No. Property management and listings each work on their own, and construction is a separate account, quoted per project, that shares nothing with property management unless you deliberately link them. They are built to work together; none of them requires the others.
Because you don't have to take our word for anything. Every charge shows the sum behind it, nothing can be edited away, and what you see on screen is what exports. Run us alongside your existing records for a month and check.
You export all of it, and we delete what we no longer have a lawful reason to keep. The records are yours. The software is the part you were paying for.
You and the staff you grant access to. We only reach into an account when you ask us to for support, and that access leaves a trail like any other action.
No. Domexa Tenant is part of the property management subscription, not something sold on its own. There is no tenant signup and no tenant billing: an account exists because the agency's lease record created it, and it stays free for that tenant permanently.
